If you are expecting a baby and want to maintain fitness in a safe environment or you have recently had a baby and want to return to the fitness levels before and get rid of the baby weight in an effective but in a balanced way.

I will ensure exercises are challenging but safe whatever stage you are at in the pregnancy or afterwards.
