Posture and alignment are often overlooked in everyday life. It also almost always gets thrown out the window when you're doing HIIT. Even if we're doing a strength or cardio workout, I incorporate my pilates instruction to ensure that my clients maintain form and engage the right muscles to the best of their ability.
